I visited Tina for a 2 hour retreat that I received as Christmas gift and I honestly couldn't have loved the experience more. It's not just self care, it's being cared for and showered with so much loving & healing energy, you leave feeling that any heaviness has been lifted in that moment. Ive been coming to kirsty's sound baths, reiki and yoga for a wee while now and ive Recently had a 1:1 with kirsty too. This woman has changed my life, she has not only been one of the nicest person I have met but she makes you feel so welcomed and relaxed. I feel alot calmer in my mind body and spirit. Our 1:1 was reiki, Indian head massage with sound and WOW. The Indian head massage was amazing, I have a sensory thing with my head being touched but she instantly made me feel at ease before we started. It was absolutely amazing and sooooo relaxing. Will definitely be booking in for more 💛💚

I have been to one of Kirstys yoga & sound baths at the studio & just loved the atmosphere there, so calm & welcoming so I booked in for an Indian head massage & Reiki (my 1st ever). When I arrived, Kirsty explained everything over a cup of herbal tea & then she worked her magic! The massage was so good & the hot towels were a lovely addition. Then onto the Reiki session - the treatment bed was so warm & soft I could've stayed all day. I loved it, went home feeling lighter, more positive & totally relaxed. Can't recommend enough!

I had a Pedicure on Friday. Absolutely beautiful venue all of the staff that were onside were warm & welcoming with a beautiful vibe radiating from them. The treatment itself was exceptional, the attention to detail, the relaxation that came with it and the foot massage was 10 out of 10! Thank you for a really positive experience. I will definitely be a returning customer.

What a therapist Michelle is, has the skills to shock in amazing ways; had a deep tissue massage and was literally blown away by how outstanding it were. You deserve an award, like get yourself on World Championship in Massage (IMA). I arrived with swimmers shoulder, was only expecting 10/10 and I got just that. Her professionalism, inner strength, mindset, lovely salon not to forget ( hidden gem ) Nearly brought a tear to my eye 😂 Keep doing what you’re doing gal! I’ll be back tomorrow 🙃
