Aimee is fantastic. It's like having a catch up with a friend and getting a really good deep tissue massage at the same time. She is friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Never had a massage before so didn’t know what to expect. Felt strange but good. Heidi was very professional and put me at ease.. Muscles feel more relaxed. Will be going again !

I first came to see Aimee a month ago for an issue I was having with my foot which I felt might be caused my tight leg muscles. She listened to all my concerns and got to work! I’ve had four sessions now and my legs and foot are feeling so much better!! Would definitely recommend her ☺️

A sports massage is not for the faint hearted but they make you feel so good afterwards. I can tell the difference in my training by having them. I 💯 recommend Essential Remedial Massage. Give one a try you will feel the benefits if you do fitness or strength training.
