I’ve visited this salon four times already, each time with a different therapist — and every experience has been amazing. Amazing! My first ever Thai massage and this place was lovely, the atmosphere when you get inside from the busy high street is so calming, and the staff were lovely. The masseuse did a great job (I have nothing to benchmark her against as its my first time but still), she checked in to make sure I was okay with the pressure. I got a bit confused and I think I accidentally left earlier than I was meant to but I have no idea - so my apologies for that if I did! Thanks so much again. I don't live in London but if I did I would definitely be back again. Great value & good availability last minute.

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Its my first time having my hair done at a Salon, and my first time experiencing it here at Le Salon was great. Sophie was really lovely and really helpful. Had a fantastic sports massage from Rohan. I was visiting London and was unable to run due to tightness building up in my calves and foot. I got a same day appointment and Rohan quickly identified the source of the tightness and after 45 mins my legs felt transformed! He gave me some good advice on stretching/warm ups etc. to avoid the issues in future. Nice to see a female-friendly gym. Great service all round.

I have been training with Rimon for almost a year and have had a great experience. Rimon is approachable, considerate and incredible knowledgeable in nutrition, training and stretching/recovery, making him the perfect personal trainer. My sessions are tailored to the areas I want to work on, and I am always pushed to work hard - within these sessions Rimon has also provided a space to share insecurities about shape and ability. I have never felt judged, pushed too far, or misunderstood. If you’re looking for a great personal trainer in London, look no further!

A fantastic haircut with John, as per usual! He is always attentive, creative and gives me exactly the cut I ask for. I also enjoy booking via the Fresha app as it's really efficient, especially for making/altering appointments when the salon is closed. Prices have just gone up: to be fair, the unisex price for short hair was lower than other comparable salons in the area for women's cuts and the new price (£48) is standard for this part of London and still much lower than in Upper Street, Islington. John and Sophie are very experienced hair stylists and a great haircut is always worth it.
