Susanne K’s customer service is exceptional. Her attention to detail and customer care is rather marvellous. I have been receiving tattoo laser removal from Susanne and the results are outstanding. She makes me feel very comfortable and I have no doubt I will be a regular customer at Greenwich spa for other treatments because of her professional, warm, kind nature. I regularly use Aura Organics for facials, massages and buy skin products. The service by Carly and Emma is always great, I thoroughly enjoy my self care rituals here. I also value that the products are all natural and so healthy for my skin! It's on a real cute street in Greenwich, surrounded by lovely coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlours and the famous Greenwich market so you can really make a treat for yourself and enjoy the area too :)

It’s the mostly greatness place in Greenwich to go for have an amazing awesome treatment of SPA and buying the mostly greatness SPA products, all staffs are qualified, professional, friendly, helpful, kind and caring individuals with great respect to their customers who workers brilliantly serving their customers and clients. I would say this place are my favourite place in Greenwich.

This place is a blessing to Bermondsey, you will not find a better place in south east and east London. The therapist who walked on my back and yoga stretched was incredibly good, she definitely knows her trade knew exactly the pressure points and has the experience to show for it.

She was incredibly attentive, taking great care with every detail and making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Her skill, professionalism, and calming approach made the whole experience truly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and much lighter. I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Terry today and cannot recommend him enough! Terry applied the perfect amount of firm pressure to work out my stubborn knots. I brought a groupon voucher half head highlights for 45 pounds first of all groupon put me at Finsbury and I wanted greenwich so they changes the shop appointment for me also I choose 10am but somehow I was booked for 1pm and and.when I turned up t 10am they still fitted me in so very accommodating. Anu explained that the length of my hair. I would.to pay approx e tra 80 which brough my total.to 125 with what I paid.on groupon it's a lot for.half.head of highlights. But anu was great vey nice. And she did a fantastic job if u could.afford this place I would.return as anu was above & beyond
