I honestly struggle to find the words to review the magic that Sarah creates. Once again my worries and stresses of life were left at the door the second I walked in. Before starting, Sarah carefully mapped out my face, assessed my skin, and explained exactly what each step of the treatment was for and how it would benefit my skin. Absolutely amazing pamper day. Immediately felt relaxed and calm just walking into the new salon. Sarah has such a calming aura, all my stresses of the week were left at the door. Without a doubt the best massage I have ever had. Sarah has an absolute gift in what she does. Definitely magic hands. The whole experience was just perfect. I normally find massages can be quite rushed and impersonal but that was absolutely the opposite and even after the treatment being able to just sit and relax on the sofa and take it all in made it even more amazing. We have had the most amazing Chis-tingle pamper at The Northern Beauty house. We began with a lovely jasmine tea in our cosy robes & then a luxury leg and foot scrub and massage. Was then wrapped up on the beds with heated blankets all toasty & warm & had the most amazing facial including arms, neck & upper body massage. And then to top it off we turned over for shoulder and neck massage including the most tingling relaxing head massage. My mum was so impressed by Jade and could feel every sensation. After we was treated to a lovely hot chocolate.So lovely, professional and down to earth 🤍

Me and my daughter came yesterday for a spa package and it was amazing. We had a foot scrub, back and head massage and mini facial… Jade and Emily were superb really professional and just fantastic at their jobs! The room too was lovely and cosy it was just perfect!
