A really lovely firm deep tissue massage which provided lots of muscle release and relief of tension! Perfect for complete mind and body relaxation. Great as usual, Lucy gave me a really good deep muscle massage and I can feel the benefit. I knew I had some tight muscles and knots which she has sorted . I recommend her if you are looking for a good sports/ deep tissue massage. I have had a great lymphatic massage too before. Good warm and comfy premises and Lucy very respectful and knowledgeable.
