I hadn't been waxed for 16 years and was slightly nervous, Megan put me at complete ease from the outset. She reassured me and distracted me chatting, giving me honest advice and discussing expectations/outcomes and generally had a very calming persona. I felt instantly relaxed, it was a pleasure to have such a friendly and welcoming beautician. Why oh why didn't I do this years ago??!! The fear of them looking like black slugs across my forehead always made me reticent to have my eyebrows tinted, though I have them waxed regularly. Only when I could hardly see them did I decide to gird my loins and 'go for it' (self imposed home imprisonment the considered option if it went 'belly up'). The result, my eyebrows have not looked this good since I was in my mid twenties. Thank you. I will be back
