Always very knowledgeable and helpful when ever in need! I've been attending for a number of reasons and each time I've had a very notable recovery after a day or so, Alikia is worth every penny and I'd highly recommend her to anyone that's on the fence about visiting a physio!

After a physical check on my issues, Alikia started to work on the problem areas. A new experience for me was the dry needle acupuncture which focused on specific areas of my glutes.. A bit of muscle relief then onto my back with suction cups, another new one for me and I felt much looser than when I went in. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

This was my first appointment with Alikia, & to say I was impressed is an understatement. Whilst I take on board that we all have different needs, in relation to our reasons for seeking treatment/s I have a lengthy history of major spinal surgeries, stemming from 1993 . Each Surgery has subsequently been a “ challenge” resulting in complexities & severe pain, further down the line. Alikia LISTENED, watched how I walked etc & tailored initial exercises for me to try following my treatment with her. A truly invaluable experience, & one I will continue with. This lovely girl knows her stuff…. X
