I had a wonderful experience here! Phindile was incredibly gentle and walked me through every single step of the process. She was highly professional, made me laugh a ton, and put me completely at ease. The appointment was super quick, and even though it was quite sore (as waxing usually is!), I honestly love the results. I am definitely going back and highly recommend her!

Great staff member. Great service. Excellent wax. Room is beautiful. The only thing I would change is that the therapist has a camera outside the glass doors so she can see if I am there. She didn't hear when I first knocked so I stood in the cold for a bit. I rattled on the door but it was locked. Not easy to get inside or let the therapist know I am there.
