Tracy and the team are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. I had an eyebrow wax and neck and back massage today and I was more than happy with both treatments. The massage was very relaxing and the ambience was perfect. I have been going to Rainbow & Dreams for a number of years and will continue to do so. Thank you for the excellent service.

This is the place to go and completely zone out! Always feel welcome and comfortable and never judged! I have not slept recently however today during my facial I did, which is a testament to their ability to provide the treatments in the most amazing and professional manner! I have had massages hot stones, essential oils and the wax one all of which where absolutely amazing again I have health issues and the staff listened and consulted me where necessary making me feel comfortable to let them know when or if pressures where not right and again so professional and such a good experience!

My name is Raashi Chauhan and I am so glad I found UD salon. It is truly a one stop shop with excellent service. I decided to look for a new hair salon which is really difficult to find in Watford(especially after the lady at my last salon was scissor happy and butchered all my hair off). Abby at UD salon did a keratin treatment on my hair and I must say that it is one of the best ones I have had. Many thanks Abby. 😁 I then went to have my colour done. I can’t remember the stylists name but she was a junior stylist, and I love the colour. Thank you!

I have been to nearly every salon along Watford High Street over the last 5 years searching for the best one... and I've finally found it! Ambiance is relaxing, staff are lovely and talented, products are fabulous. Best haircut and colour I've had in 5 years!! I won't be going anywhere else
