my appointment with Luiza today was great, it was my fist time at this salon but i booked it because it had great reviews and lived up to them! her customer service was brilliant and i absolutely love my nails, thank you lots luiza! i will be returning next time i’m in watford 💅

Really professional, best gel nails I have had in a long time!! Much better then other options in Watford and my nails haven’t peeled off like other places I’ve been locally.

Holiday nails done today, so happy with the way they do things here, from not using an electric file on your natural nails (horrors) to the lovely chats in a friendly atmosphere. Love the salon and the people.

Absolutely loved my Spa Pedicure done by the wonderful Alex. Lovely to meet other members of the team Tracy and Liz, salon very clean and relaxing will definitely be going back there again keep up the good work ladies you do an amazing job. Luiza did my nails today and not only she was super warm and welcoming but she did an amazing job with my nails and understood very well what I wanted as "simple" doesnt mean easy and quick when it comes to beauty. She was very thorough and perfectionist. I am glad ive chosen this new beauty salon as my 1st choice!!!
