Janka is an outstanding beauty therapist. I have been a long-standing client for massage, facial, waxing and nail treatments, and all have been of excellent quality. Janka is polite, professional, quick to respond to requests, and has always been available for last-minute bookings. Janka always takes time to understand my requirements, and it is a treat to visit the chalet and feel pampered.

I’ve recently started going to the Beauty Bar for waxing. It’s a lovely salon and the staff are great. It’s much more reasonable than St Albans town centre options. It’s my salon of choice now, thank you.

My waxing with Gemma was very good- professional & very friendly. The salon was spotless & Covid compliant. Only downside was they would only take cash or payment by PayPal & I hadn’t been informed of this. Fortunately I was able to withdraw cash at the cash machine at Tesco metro in the same parade. I will certainly use Beauty at No1 St Albans again.

Very clean and beautiful facilities. Service was professional and of high quality. After my wax I got very few in grown hairs which is an indicator of good quality products and techniques. I'm new to the area and have been looking for a good establishment for waxing and I seem to have got it right first time. I will definitely be coming back again.

My first visit to your salon today and I’m so happy with my hair. I came in with a challenge of going from red to blonde and the wonderful Kirsty worked her magic! Thank you for a lovely afternoon, I felt very spoiled and the lovely Becca made me many cups of tea and gave me a great head massage! Looking forward to my next visit! I’m already booked in!!
