Rachel is a goddess! It was my first time ever getting waxed, she's really good at explaining what to expect and makes you feel comfortable. It does hurt, but with deep breathes you get through it. I am so happy with the results. Rachel is so friendly and puts you at ease throughout. Every women needs to get an intimate wax!!

This was my daughters first eyebrow wax and Charlotte carefully talked her through what was going to happen, she tested a bit on her hand and checked on her all the was through. My daughter was very pleased with her eyebrows and said Charlotte was very nice.

Rachel makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable from the very second you walk in, to the very second you leave! Rachel is a perfectionist, really good and quick. First time I've had my brows tinted and waxed. Despite what the mapping had told Charlotte to do..she went with my eyebrow shape which I'm glad about. Hopefully get a couple of weeks of not having to do my brows everyday

The staff are so lovely and friendly. Looked after my mam really nice as well She loves an eyebrow wax but due to her age it’s difficult to find somewhere where there is no steps. Already rebooked for next time
