Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. I came to the salon hoping to get a sugaring appointment but unfortunately it didn't work out. So instead I had waxing with Lilia and she was fantastic! I had shaved before coming and I knew my hair was a bit harder than normal but she managed to get it out with as little pain as possible, quick and efficient. I'm now tempted by the wax 🤷🏼♀️🤣 thank you!

I can confidently say that after my first appointment I had found my new regular spot. Samia is so welcoming and does an amazing job every single time. She especially made sure to walk me through the waxing process given that I was still a new be he made me feel comfortable right away and she also always makes sure you’re happy with the results before you leave.
