I enjoyed my session with Andrew and it was easier for me to walk afterwards . If anything starts to hurt whilst having the therapy he quickly changes the exercise slightly to make it more comfortable.

Was pleased with my Gym session with Andrew in relation to my knee issues. He showed me how to use machines properly to strengthen my knees, explained things and stayed with me throughout. Encouragement given has made me feel I am doing the right thing to unable me to walk and move around better. Going to book a few more sessions with Andrew.

Andrew made us feel comfortable right from the start, he was warm, friendly and empathetic towards my dad who had been worried about trying it for the first time. After the appointment, my dad told me how kind and thought Andrew had been and that any future appointments should only be with him.
