Channon is extremely detail-oriented and takes great care to ensure the nails are perfectly prepped before moving on to the gel application. I’m so glad I found her. I had such a wonderful experience getting my pedicure done! From the moment I walked in, the salon felt welcoming and relaxing. The therapist was gentle, professional, and really paid attention to detail – my feet feel so soft and refreshed, and my nails look absolutely perfect. I loved how clean and calming the space was, and the whole treatment felt like a real treat. I’ll definitely be coming back for another pedi soon – highly recommended!

The thoughtfulness of an extra nail care pack to take home was an unexpected gesture that really made me appreciate the service even more. I absolutely love Dainty Touch! Anke is an amazing nail technician and takes so much pride in her work. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she's a true perfectionist. I have my nails done every 3 weeks and a pedi every 5 weeks, and I'm always so happy with the results. I've never had any peeling or lifting, and my nails always look flawless. Mostly a positive experience. My nails are beautiful. I did not unfortunately appreciate the injuries I received when she filed my nails. I also did not appreciate her putting glue on an open injury without my consent. If your nail file is too big for the clients fingertips, it's best to use a smaller one. For acrylic it is better to use an electric file drill. The shape is also not the greatest, but they are very strong and will last long. When paying R590 for a service, it is customary to receive a little cuticle work. It's what I expected and I was a little disappointed not to receive any.
