This place is amazing. Not only are you made to feel welcomed and comfortable but the information you are provided with is so informative. I am nearing the end of the course of 8 sessions now and this has changed my life, its more then the actual sessions at Shrink its the whole lifestyle change that goes along with this. The nutrition, the exercises and the general well being that I have run along side the course. Lucille is brilliant and so knowledgable on the nutrition side of things.

The first appointment of my course was really good. Lucille put me at ease and talked through the scan/measurements and took time to gather further information on my goals. She is really knowledgeable on nutrition and has given me some good tips. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during one of the treatments. I also learnt a lot of new information to help with my health goals.
