I’ve been having the lymphatic drainage massage on my stomach once a month for the past six months, and I can really notice the difference if I miss a session. It’s made a huge improvement to my digestion and bloating. Mel instantly makes you feel at ease and always tailors the treatment to exactly what you need. I also had a facial for the first time and felt incredibly relaxed afterwards, such a lovely experience. I’d highly recommend!

I feel so relaxed and chilled. Such a wonderful experience to have a treatment at home. Really nice to learn more about the lymphatic system and gut health too and the importance of wellbeing especially as a busy mum, wife and business woman. The whole treatment was pure bliss. I’ve rebooked for monthly treatments.

Sara was very welcoming and I felt at ease straight away. She is very knowledgeable and after discussing my situation, she recommended an aromatherapy massage as this is a bit gentler than others. The space was calming with soft music and scents and the treatment was very relaxing and warming. For the first time in months I can turn my head fully side to side without muscle tension or aches! All in all this was exactly what I needed to switch off from my current stress levels. I would highly recommend Sara and will definitely be visiting her again.
