I’ve been having the lymphatic drainage massage on my stomach once a month for the past six months, and I can really notice the difference if I miss a session. It’s made a huge improvement to my digestion and bloating. Mel instantly makes you feel at ease and always tailors the treatment to exactly what you need. I feel so relaxed and chilled. Such a wonderful experience to have a treatment at home. Really nice to learn more about the lymphatic system and gut health too and the importance of wellbeing especially as a busy mum, wife and business woman. The whole treatment was pure bliss.
