I’ve got going to Mel for a couple of years and have always left very happy with my lashes. Mel is one of the nicest, kindest person you will meet and at times have gone out of her way to accommodate or reschedule my appointment at short notice. As always, absolutely fantastic service! There is never any awkward silences, feeling ignored, or passed around people. Just a relaxed, calm, friendly environment. I have recently moved to Basingstoke. I was looking for a beauty salon close by. Dee is both personable and professional. I had full legs waxed. It went so quickly and was done with great care. Excellent service , a lovely lady I highly recommend.
