The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! I consider Alex the hair expert ever since I moved to Ottawa and whenever I'm in the city, I seek out appointments with her. Alex is a talent like no other and I always trust her advice. She recommends products to make the hair healthy/protected both before and after colouring. I love her balayage work. Next up is a haircut!! I always feel great after my appointments. I had such an amazing experience at my hair extension appointment! From start to finish, everything felt professional, comfortable, and so well done. My hair looks absolutely beautiful and blends perfectly — you can tell so much care and attention went into the placement, colour match, and overall finish. I left feeling so confident and happy with the results. The quality of the extensions and the service were both incredible. I would definitely recommend booking here if you’re looking for gorgeous, natural-looking extensions and someone who truly knows what they’re doing!
