The best head spa in Ottawa so far! Sophie used natural products that smell so good specifically for my hair type after examining my scalp on the screen. My scalp and hair feel amazing! scalp, neck & shoulders massages were amazing, technique is on pointe! The hot ginger tea was the cherry on top! I had such an amazing experience at my hair extension appointment! From start to finish, everything felt professional, comfortable, and so well done. My hair looks absolutely beautiful and blends perfectly — you can tell so much care and attention went into the placement, colour match, and overall finish. I left feeling so confident and happy with the results. The quality of the extensions and the service were both incredible.
