Amazing service. I’m pretty new to aesthetic treatments, and Yildiz took the time to explain everything during a thorough consultation. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I live in Australia just over visiting family and was concerned about potential skin damage from the sun, but Yildiz carefully explained the best treatment options for me and gave me great advice on how to better protect my skin going forward. I recently visited Yildiz and I was looking for a new botox practitioner and was recommended by a friend. She was very welcoming and friendly, and she took the time to sit with me and discuss what I wanted to achieve, and thoroughly explain all my options. Jodie is my hairy fairy god mother, she is so friendly and bubbly, I put off going for years because I didn’t want to get intimate areas out, but she is brilliant, very professional and doesn’t bat an eye. I have really thick course hair, after only one treatment I noticed a huge difference, second treatment even better. She’s a lovely girl and her prices are good.

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.
