Just went there for my facial this morning. Once I step in, a very warm greeting to check in for my appointment. As I was the first time customer, they will ask in details in regards to my medical background and concern for my face . No hard selling at all during the treatment and also let me know step by step of what kind of procedures that they are doing. Will definitely go back to do other treatments in near future and also bring more friends to their clinic .

She explained, took me thru the process of creating an efficient skin care plan, and gave input on w/c kind of treatment that is safe for my skin type. She was so patient while explianing to me the proper care procedure. I tried the routine after the consultation she suggested and boom! I had an excellent facial at LUMIÈRE Spa and will definitely be returning. The treatment was very customized and focused on skin health, not just relaxation. My esthetician took time to assess my skin and explain each step. The facial included cleansing, hydration, lymphatic drainage massage, LED therapy, and a tailored mask. My skin looked noticeably brighter, calmer, and more hydrated afterward. The recommendations felt thoughtful rather than pushy. Highly recommend for results-oriented facials in Vancouver.

My son and I did his birthday weekend in Vancouver and we ended up finding this gem of a Spa downtown. We had such an amazing time and the services we received were personalized and perfect. We both left feeling refreshed and relaxed!

Mar ice is wonderful, charming, sweet and helpful. I’ve gotten aromatherapy massages twice on my visit to Vancouver and each one has been fabulous and has addressed all of my specific needs and I was sent home with little samples of the oil and the cream that she used on me.
