What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

This was a wonderful experience. Jen gave a very thoughtful massage, checking out medical history etc, and making sure l was comfortable. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, warm room, relaxing music, Jen did a really deep massage into my tissues, a lot of tension released in my lower back & legs. Her hands were lovely and warm and the massage left me feeling so relaxed I just wanted to sleep and I felt completely de-stressed. Jen is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail. I'll be back for more, thanks Jen!

After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to book a deep tissue massage - and I’m really glad I did. I went in feeling extremely tense, but by the end of the session I was completely relaxed. I would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful treatment that included pressotherapy, body cavitation, and radio frequency. The experience was both relaxing and effective😍 The space was aesthetically beautiful, with calming essential oils that added a luxurious touch. Lina is an incredibly talented masseuse, she gets it right every single time and I walk away with tension gone in places I didn’t even realise I was holding tension in! The armonia studio is such a tranquil space, you feel relaxed the moment you walk in, the decor is beautiful and it smells amazing! The armonia signature massage is my favourite as it is bespoke to your needs - for example in today’s session we were able to include hot stones, lymphatic drainage, cupping, face massage and more.
