I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Targia yesterday, it was amazing. I floated out, I felt that relaxed. I woke up this morning feeling lighter and all the swelling around my knees has gone 🙏 I had a great sleep too. Targia is so lovely and knows her stuff. See you in 4 weeks Targia 💜

This was one of the best massages I have had in a while. Caelie is clearly a very experienced therapist. She was calming, attentive and intentional, and listened to what I had asked for. I can't remember the last time I nearly fell asleep during a massage. I got 45 minutes back neck and shoulder followed by 25 minutes Indian head massage. To anyone who has not had a head massage, I highly recommend it.

Amazing as always! I come regularly for sports massages with Meesha and couldn’t recommend her more, today was especially amazing as I have been suffering with pain in my right shoulder, I feel so much better already and a bonus this massage got rid of a 3 day long migraine I had been suffering with, always a 10/10 service here 💖

Amazing as always! I’ve been coming to Meesha for regular sports massages and can’t recommend highly enough. She took time to do a thorough assessment and understand my difficulties and needs, considering my pole and aerial training and hypermobility, and has given me targeted exercises to help with my training goals alongside massage. Meesha is also really thoughtful and sensitive, and having massages with Meesha as part of my regular self-care has helped not only with my pole and aerial goals but also managing stress and looking after my mental health - very grateful thank you!

Wow!!! Well what can I say. Just been and had the curl & calm package at the curl station. To say it was a 5 star experience doesn’t really do it justice. I have been going to the Curl station for my curly cuts for over a year now, and every visit with Meg is a 5 star experience she makes you feel so special and that’s just a normal hair cut, the curl&calm package was an out of this world experience. Unbelievably it was the first time I had had any sort of massage and I wasn’t sure if I would even like it. Well it was fabulous, highly recommend this , feel like I am floating!!!

Yet again Meg has ruined me for normal hairdressers. How tf am I ever going to be able to sit in a normal chair with a normal hairdresser and not expect a chest, neck and shoulder massage? No steam? No sweet orange aromatherapy oil? No weird tingly scratchy head thing? No HAIR PULLING??? The curl calm head spa experience is nuts. Pairing it with a cut, style AND wedding hair consultation is just beyond insane. Nice one Meg, can’t ever go to another hairdresser ever again. Sound

I recieved a gift for my birthday for a facial with Studio Alycia, I was a bit nervous as I’ve had major orthopaedic surgery recently and was worried that using the treatment bed would be uncomfortable for me. Alycia was wonderful! She listened,explained everything, put me at ease, helped me get comfortable and even put my shoes on afterwards! 😀 The facial was a gorgeous experience, so relaxing & refreshing! Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Byron has miraculously rehabilitated me with a mix of sports massage & exercises and BOOM, I'm back to brilliant. Cheers Byron - you are a legend.
