I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. I booked another appointment.

Anna was so professional and friendly, I had a back massage (which was perfect pressure), facial with extraction and foot massage, I added a dermaplane onto the package - the whole thing was amazing, I feel so chilled and relaxed just what I needed. I will be again soon, such a beautiful place, so welcoming and warm.

Stacey is great, the most loveliest person. Love getting my massages and always look forward to my next ones. She used some balm on me today to help with my eczema and my skin feels great nice and soft. So not only is she helping me with my pain she’s also helping me with my skin. Power 360 is amazing! Byron is a legend. Ive been training this year to go on a 100k hike in Scotland - Loved every minute but the steep downs really took its toll on my right knee... Byron has miraculously rehabilitated me with a mix of sports massage & exercises and BOOM, I'm back to brilliant. Cheers Byron - you are a legend.

Word’s can’t describe how brilliant Yasien is. Analyses your body and focuses on what needs to be worked on and healed. I get the deep tissue massage and it has left me feeling 10/10 every time. Not only do you get great service, massages etc but you leave with knowledge on how to treat your body and how to look after yourself. Amazing experience as always!
