I struggle a lot with chronic pain due to illnesses. Going to Fran is a breath of fresh air. She eases all the pain and really focuses on what your needs are. Her massages are just heaven on Earth. I can’t recommend Caitlin Warkup enough—Willow Pastures are incredibly lucky to have her. I came to her at a very dark time, and from the moment I walked in, I felt safe, cared for, and at ease. Nails are beautiful. Her skincare knowledge is amazing, and every treatment is given with such genuine kindness. The hot stones massages, especially the Indian head massage, left me feeling lighter than I can explain. This was more than a treatment—it was part of my healing. Fantastic hairdressers. They make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in the door and the staff are so lovely! They really take their time to find out what you want from your haircut and help you find what styles would best suit your hair type! I happily travel from East Hull to visit as I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
