Legs felt very stiff and sore after running a marathon recently. Beki did a thorough massage focusing on areas that she had identified as needing a deeper massage. Result- legs felt much better and my run the following day was much better than any over the last 2 weeks since recovery week. Beki knows her stuff and also gave me advice on exercises to help improve circulation

I’ve seen her a few times now and she’s genuinely excellent at what she does. She always takes the time to really understand what’s going on before starting the treatment, especially with my long-standing injuries. Nothing ever feels rushed or routine — she listens carefully and focuses on the exact areas that need attention each session. Her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference to my mobility and overall recovery. I always leave feeling looser, more balanced, and confident that my ongoing issues are being properly managed. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Body and Soul for over a year and can honestly say Chloe has been fantastic. I’m thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, skill, and care received throughout the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the environment was calm, welcoming, and clearly designed to promote relaxation and recovery. Chloe always takes the time to conduct a brief consultation, asking thoughtful questions about areas of tension, and areas that are bothering me. My massage is then tailored specifically to my needs, with a perfect balance of deep tissue work. Would definitely recommend.
