We experienced a few minor issues when requesting an appointment, but overall, the experience was superb. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled efficiently—they didn’t waste a single second. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we needed. Despite the initial booking hiccup, the excellent service and quality of the massage more than made up for it. We will definitely be booking again soon. PS.can you please put an option to add the number of client/customer per appointment or booking to prevent any misunderstanding in the future.

Me and my wife found this spot as we were walking to the mall and it did not disappoint. We both booked a massage and a mani pedi and they were very thorough. Rowena, Ella, Tahine, Mika, and Berna were very nice, professional, and efficient. We highly recommend them :D Thank you again for having us, we'll be back before leaving the Philippines.

Great service. The electricity got cut off minutes before our appointment, but the receptionist and the team made sure we get accommodated by our preferred therapists on a different branch. Claire and Maricris are great as well. Very relaxing. Kass and Kaye Spa is my favorite place when I spend time with my mom. The best!

As always, Leo never fails to surprise me with a fresh new hairstyle. The analog perm took a while to complete, but it was absolutely worth the wait. I’m really happy with how it turned out—it feels like a breath of fresh air! Ate also gave me a relaxing hair wash and an amazing head massage, which made the whole experience even better. I also love the complimentary drink and snack—they’re always a nice touch. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great service and talented stylists. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was a very nice experience. The salon is like a cool cave but with a pleasing view over the lagoon. The chairs are comfortable and the massage was very good. YES I did fall asleep. I was not expecting the short shoulder massage at the end - great bonus. Thank you

Booking was made easy by the Fresha app. The place was neat, including the restroom. The massage beds were clean and freshly prepared for us to lie down. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist. She has a beautiful smile. The massage was relaxing and soothing. Overall, the service was excellent and well worth the price!

Had a really good experience at Kass & Kaye Spa! The place is clean, relaxing, and smells nice right away. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Special mention to my massage therapist, ang galing niya! She was very attentive and consistent yung pressure, sakto lang and very relaxing. Ramdam mo na experienced and maalaga sa client. Definitely worth it for the price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good spa in Tarlac kaya dito na lang kami ng friends ko nagpapamassage. 💆‍♀️✨

I had my brows groomed and my legs and arms waxed today. The staffs were genuinely warm and welcoming but attentive in a way that made me feel comfortable. What impressed me most was how involved the owner is. She personally checked on the service, making sure everything was done thoroughly and that I was at ease the entire time. It’s rare to find a salon that combines skill, consistency, and genuine care, but that’s exactly what I felt at Twinkle Toes. Out of all the salons I’ve tried, this is one of the few where I can truly relax, knowing I’m in good hands.

Had such a great experience! The staff and therapists were all so friendly and accommodating, which made me feel comfortable right away. Calm Manila's therapists are amazing. Today it was Rose who helped me get rid of my body aches. She was polite and consistent about asking what was comfortable for me. The small detail of mentioning the start time of the massage is also a nice touch. I also appreciate how kind the front desk always is. As for the atmosphere, it is definitely relaxing. It is my new favorite spa. Will definitely go back!

I had a 1 hour and 30 minute Swedish massage, and it was absolutely amazing. The therapist Niky was professional throughout the entire session. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely stress-free. Good. Best to have a deposit area for clients for their cellular phones to prevent noise. Same goes with the therapist not to bring their phones at massage area.
