I’ve had a range of hip and lower back issues over the years and have tried massage therapists, physios, acupuncture, and other treatments, but Michelle has helped me more with the pain than any of them. She has a great understanding of human anatomy and a real gift for identifying tense muscles and tendons that need attention. It was a professional and relaxing massage experience. Michelle is excellent in her knowledge and application of treating muscle tightness. This was my 2nd session, and my bothersome traps and back definitely felt more relaxed after the session. She is at the top of the list in my book.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first when initially having the treatment and it was a rather unusual feeling that I experienced after each different movement that was done on me but it made me know something was actually happening and working in my body. After the treatment initially I felt energised and fantastic. The few days following I was a bit stiff but then felt amazing. Well worth getting this treatment done.
