I took my 6-year-old daughter in after she decided to cut her own hair the night before 😅 They were absolutely amazing — so kind, patient, and talented. They completely fixed her hair and made her feel so happy and confident again. We left with a very smiling little girl! Thank you so much for saving the day — highly recommend!

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Walked out the salon with tears of happiness and was just wowed. I look forward to my next appointment. Thank you Diane x

Thank you so much to the lovely lady who cut my hair and made me feel comfortable after being so scared and insecure about myself she made me feel so much better she was so lovely and explained everything to me I forgot to ask for her name for a review I think she had lovely black hair I tipped her 5-7 pound? I think I just wanted to say thank you to her she really helped me get my confidence back see you again in 8 weeks thank you angel🩷🩷 love Bethany x

I had a good experience here. Diane was really good at colouring my hair . Clearly experienced and confident. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Gave honest advice without pushing unnecessary services. Checked in throughout the appointment.

I have to say, Su asked what I would like, for once I said whatever you think is best. She knows the complication and how to solve the roots - I have full faith in her expertise . If you have grey hair and want it to look trendy and smart, this lady does it well everytime. I can't praise her enough, or the apprentices under her guidance. (Edited to correct typo)

This was my first visit to this salon and I was so impressed. India was my stylist, she listened to what I wanted and was very professional. She explained everything to me. India was so gentle when washing my hair and the head massage was amazing. I received photos following my visit of before and after photos and a lovely text message from India which made it very personal. I will definitely be revisiting this Salan and would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you India

Diane is wonderful! She is excellent at what she does. I have been suffering from extreme hair loss, and thanks to her expertise, no one can tell that I'm wearing a hair topper it looks completely natural. I would highly recommend Diane to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and talented hair specialist.
