Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. Great parking options and a very warm welcome. The rooms smell amazing and it is such a welcoming and calm space. Lauren was so attentive to detail when having my nails done and checked in with every decision to make sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. How amazing to have a nail appointment in such a quiet place with a hot drink and great chat! After a bad experience elsewhere and not having a treatment for a couple of years it was definitely the right decision to choose here. Fantastic vibes and will definitely be returning for more treatments in the future. Thank you so much!

Absolutely in love with my new extensions. From a short pixie cut to now, length & volume. After having tape in’s fitted terribly I knew I needed a professional hair extension fitter. Diane is amazing, the colour match was spot on, the fitting was very very comfortable & the cut & blend to finish has made it to look so amazing. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere & Diane puts you so at ease, with plenty knowledge on how to look after your hair. I would strongly recommend to anyone young & old. I love mine x

Sam is absolutely amazing! I’ve never had my nails look so flawless and feel so strong. She’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and always makes me feel comfortable and pampered. Whether it’s a simple manicure or full nail art, she always nails it (pun intended!). Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality nail care.

Always a pleasure such an amazing experience, got my hair done amazingly my nails my eyes brows, always get my self together when I come to the salon, top end experience, for my hair extensions for the first time, in such a new way, Sue has some serious skills up her sleeve. They are not to tight they have been blended in absolutely amazingly, you can not even tell they are not my own hair. If you haven’t been to “Ooh hair” you haven’t experienced a true salon experience, so your cheating yourself out of a top end experience for an affordable price. Xx

I had an amazing experience, the customer service was on point and the growth journey on my nails is unbelievable coming from a person who has always had acrylic, this was my third appointment and there is already a massive positive difference to my nails. Definitely recommend!

Had a very professional consultation where we discussed what would be best for my fine lifeless hair. I now have my extensions. My hair is exactly what I wanted. The length colour style 👌 😍. This is one of the best experiences I have had getting my nails done. We started right on time. Shelika ask what my intentions were for my nails, she was attentive, informative and professional. The location was clean, her tools well maintained and relaxing. The service was great and my nails turned out amazing. I will definitely be going back to her. Lovely to meet Diane - the founder Amazing person and company but most of all the most experienced iv had in 20 years of having extensions. I flew from Jersey to see my sister and researched where to get my hair done close and of course with good reviews. Her skills are Mind blowing and she really does care about the health of ur hair.
