I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Lauren is amazing! So happy to have found her after moving to the Hamilton area. Super personable, and you can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her for Botox and Fillers!

Nicole is absolutely amazing. She does a great job every time. Additionally, the atmosphere is gorgeous and the coffee is delicious. Thankful my cousin in Hamilton introduced me to their new location.

What an amazing experience with Stephanie! I had the hydrabrasion and fractional laser, she explained everything clearly and helped to create a skin care/facial regimen to target areas of concern. The facial was so relaxing. Highly recommend.

Had my first facial with Trinity, including a dermaplaning add-on, and it was beyond my expectations. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and so gentle throughout the entire service. Such a lovely experience that I would definitely recommend her and will be returning!

Incredible experience! Real therapists who know what they are doing, the reflexology I had with Vai was so therapeutic and enjoyable! The Signature Head Spa done by these ladies is a must-try!! So much great face, head,neck, arm, hand massage included with the amazing scalp scrub and intense cleanse!!! So cool!! I was so relaxed in that warm, luxurious bed! Thank you!!!

Ahhhh Mazing afternoon at the hair spa. I almost cried when it was over. Got the facial, hair spa and reflexology and it was all worth it and more. Definitely going to be back again.

Did the signature experience package - signature head spa, Korean facial and 45 minute massage with April and it was amazing. 🥹 I felt so cared for and couldn’t feel more relaxed, will be booking again for sure!

This was my first time at Lux and it was wonderful! Very clean and calming space. Claudia was absolutely wonderful. I've had many facials at high end spas in the past and this was by far one of the best experiences! Definitely will be back!
