I usually go to Hamilton location but they are under renovation. Went to this location in between. Receptionist so warm and friendly and offered drinks to every person who sat down. She makes a great Matcha latte! Nail tech was so friendly, took her time and I was very happy with the shape. Highly recommend!

Alyssa is extremely talented and a lovely person to be around. I was very comfortable with putting my eyebrows in her capable hands and am so glad I did. I wanted a natural looking brow that works with my facial structure and Alyssa guided me through my options and gave her expert recommendations which turned out beautiful. I will be going back for more permanent makeup with Alyssa to help enhance my natural features and give me that extra bit of ‘wow’ without having to spend the time and effort with makeup. It’s also better than anything I’ve done on my own so thank you!

I recently moved to Grimsby and today was my first time going to Lux. I had a lash tint (obsessed), eyebrow and neck wax, and a shellac manicure. Both girls who worked on me were excellent, friendly and professional, and did great work. Will definitely be going back again for more pampering!

Had my brow touch up yesterday with Alyssa. Again, I was so impressed with the warm welcoming and kind atmosphere that you feel when entering. Alyssa completed my brows with the precision of a surgeon - so gentle and precise. My brows look amazing and I highly recommend you get any permanent makeup done at this clinic. Now I’m anxious to try some of their skin treatments.

Lashes are always fabulous with Janita, not one lash damaged and I’ve been with her for a few years now. Amy gives you a pedicure that will leave you relaxed, best massages and beautiful shaping and polish. Eva, her incredible kind and talented heart, always knows what I like and I look forward to the coffees and specialty drinks every visit. The atmosphere is bar none and the employees are top notch. Kat greets you with a smile you’ll never forget. Highly recommended, 5 stars every single time.

What an experience! Hayley was amazing, best bio gel nails I've ever had, polished to absolute perfection. My pedicure was an absolute dream and so relaxing. Beautiful environment, friendly staff, a lovely experience from start to finish. Can't wait for my lash lift and tint on Monday!
