Jessica was very professional, and she has a great deal of knowledge about skincare. The gua sha massage was phenomenal - and my skin was left feeling moisturized (but not oily). 10/10 my favourite facial in Hamilton!

Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

I always have my threading and waxing done here and today I had my first facial. It was amazing to say the least ! The staff (especially Wassan) are so friendly, the prices are great and the enviromment is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spa.

The staff are all so lovely and friendly! I’ve had eyelashes by Alondra and waxing by Gina but honestly I don’t think it matters who you have. Very professionally and precise with their work.

I've been a client of Ania's since she was in Etobicoke. I now travel from Etobicoke to Hamilton to see her , and it is well worth the drive. This salon is so cute too. Very clean and well taken care of . I would highly recommend :)

Noor is amazing. She is very skillful at waxing, minimizing the level of discomfort. She always has helpful suggestions with no pressure applied. Today after my leg waxing, she recommended I try the eyelash tint. She had the time so I agreed to try it! Amazing. I will not need to apply mascara for a few weeks. Love,Love, Love!!!! I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I strongly recommend Kilai Skin, especially if you live in the Hamilton area.
