Jenn and Moe were amazing! Jenn bleached and dyed my hair the perfect beige brown color that I wanted and Moe gave me the cutest hushcut-like haircut, exactly like my reference photos! This was my first time bleaching my hair and I decided on a whim while on vacation so I was a bit scared. But, they made my experience so great and I’m so happy with the results! They were both so sweet and they deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you Jenn and Moe! :)

I had a new stem-cell serum hair treatment today, to boost the condition of my scalp and to prevent hair loss. My hair feels so smooth after the treatment and my scalp looks bubbly/oxygenated (as seen from the scalp analyser screen). Ash is amazing as usual, I’ve received so many complements after my last hair bayalage with him!

I visited the salon for a standard haircut appointment. Haru, the stylist, was professional and attentive. He confirmed my preferences before beginning and made minor adjustments based on hair texture and shape. The result was consistent with the initial request. No issues observed. Sae, the assistant, performed the hair wash and massage. Her handling was careful and methodical. The overall experience was efficient and met expectations.
