Had a hair donation haircut done today. The stylist, Ryo, was very meticulous in explaining what he's doing every step of the way to make sure it's exactly what I want. After that, he was also very careful in explaining how to style my hair after washing.

Sae, the assistant, performed the hair wash and massage. Her handling was careful and methodical. The overall experience was efficient and met expectations.

I’ve got a newborn at home and was a bit anxious about being away for so long and the first thing Kirsty said to me without hesitation was that if it gets too much don’t even worry about it we can do the haircut another time so you can get home sooner to your baby you just let me know how you’re feeling- and that immediately helped calm me and showed me the kind of person Kirsty is. Kirsty talked me through different options for my hair because I wasn’t sure with grey hair being a new thing but it all turned out so naturally and nicely and I will be going back to Love Hair again for sure.

My sister booked me an appointment for haircut when I was visiting HK this June. The whole team is very friendly, professional and welcoming. The Salon is spacious, clean and comfortable. Most amazingly is, it is peaceful and quiet like totally free from disturbance despite it being next to Tai Kwun, a very dense tourist area in Central. As for Masa San, he is a high professional, he carefully listens to my wishes and it turns out exactly what I wanted. My hair now look so much more even and healthier. Besides, the cut is easy for me look after and style. Highly recommended !
