By far the best nail experience I’ve had in Hong Kong. I chose one of the signature designs and the colours are fresh - perfect for spring time. The salon is also gorgeous - I loved the neon and raised nail bar (with super comfortable chairs) I’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful nail session with Meiko! Love the calming, modern atmosphere of the salon. Meiko made me feel relaxed and was informative about the process, and of course produced beautiful results! Definitely would recommend :)

Thanks Kurumi san for always giving her best to understand what I want and offering ideas that suit me best. I had a fantastic haircut and light color without bleaching today. Joe listened attentively and also asked various questions to find out what I wanted. And then made suggestions that aligned with what I wanted. He explained everything from pricing to procedure, and made me feel very comfortable with the entire process. This was my first visit, I was also pleasantly surprised by the lovely salon with big windows and plenty of natural light. I am definitely coming back for future haircuts/ perms with Joe! Thank you also to the young lady who washed my hair, I did not catch her name. All staff were warm and friendly,I can feel them smiling behind their masks!

Just had another amazing appointment with Erin! She's a dab hand at creating short, breezy cuts, and this time round, she convinced me to go for a beautiful grayish blue color that's subtle yet still impactful (and very winter-appropriate). I've been going to the salon for close on two years and have had consistently positive experiences with Erin, whose always able to come up with hairdos that strike the balance between feminine and edgy. Recommend.

Would highly recommend Sozo hair design - the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the setting is modern and the salon has a relaxing vibe. The small touches like the refreshments and head massage while you're getting your hair washed make it feel like a real treat. I get my hair down by Yoko - she will always listen to what I want and I've always been happy with the result. Thanks Yoko and team for making me feel fabulous!
