Had a wash, cut and blow dry today with a conditioner treatment added :) Ellie is so polite and made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything she was doing and came across very professional. I enjoyed the massage chair when having my hair washed and my hair massage too. The whole salon is beautiful and I will deffo be coming back in future :) thank you again Ellie xx

Always a great experience and such a lovely lady. The new apprentice is also very good at hair washing made me feel very pampered and even suggested a conditioning mask which has made my hair feel like silk. Would highly recommend this salon all the staff are friendly and welcoming

Another great visit to Code. Having been away alot last year, my hair was desperately in need of some TLC. Following cup of tea, colour, wash, fab head massage, toner, cut & blow dry, hair back to great condition again. Thank you.

Can highly recommend Helen I would not trust anyone else to cut and colour my hair, the new location is great and the welcome and treatments are always 100%. Although I live 250 miles away I still plan my 3 monthly visits to Lowestoft to coincide with my hair needs x

I liked the quiet and calm atmosphere, and they were happy to give me some options on how to achieve my desired look. They were open and honest on what they could do within in my budget. The only very minor criticism I can make is that they didn’t ask many questions regarding my lifestyle and how my hair could be worked within that routine. However, they may be able to tell that from the condition of my hair anyway. I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Great, Laura always listens to what you want and advises appropriately, all the girls are great and hair has never felt in better condition since coming. I have a different style each time but Laura loves a challenge and nothing phases her. X

Another lovely visit to Code. When you first walk into the salon you feel immediately welcome and relaxed. All the girls are friendly and you’re always greeted with a smile. Leni always asks how my hair’s been and how I’ve found my colour and cut. All whilst I enjoy a lovely caramel latte. She gives the most relaxing head massage whilst conditioning your hair and my full head colour is so shiny. I can’t recommend Code enough, thank you.

Fantastic as always! I really look forward to my hair appointment with Helen, she always listens to what I want and will offer her wealth of knowledge and experience to make sure I get the results I want whilst keeping my hair in the best condition it can be. I would never go to anyone else!

During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!
