During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!

Always great to see Millie and always gives the best advice and I know I can leave it to her to do what’s best . Today I had a root retouch and a toner to tone down the blonde at the top that had lightened with the sun and blend in With the rest .
