During my Consultant appointment with Millie, she made me feel heard, and welcome. Today I had my hair done and from start to finish I felt welcome. Millie did such a good job and I am so happy with the result. The apprentices were also very friendly and even when all was quiet, made themselves busy and were very hard working! As someone with ADHD and who suffers socially I felt very comfortable and I am grateful. Can't wait for the next appointment!

Had a wash, cut and blow dry today with a conditioner treatment added :) Ellie is so polite and made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything she was doing and came across very professional. I enjoyed the massage chair when having my hair washed and my hair massage too. The whole salon is beautiful and I will deffo be coming back in future :) thank you again Ellie xx

Millie was amazing from start to finish! She was so friendly and really listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair, she gave me great advice and recommended products to help improve the condition of my hair while still achieving the look I wanted. I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I feel so much more confident in myself thanks to her.
