Sara Jane did a fabulous colour and cut as always. She even adapted things around my bleach as I am going to Kenya and will be in the string sun alot whilst working outside. It was extremely hot upstairs in the salon and the girls were doing their best under the circumstances. I know that Sophie would appreciate honestly from.her customers, so perhaps some large fans upstairs to at least move the air around, not hair foils 😜 and some access to cold tap water too! It wasnt very pleasant being in the salon today for 4 hours on a hot day. No air con as its listed but needs something.

Sarah-Jane is amazing and I am so happy with my colour, like always 😍 The staff are so friendly, I'll never change my salon from now on. I do spend alot on my hair colour, usually between £120-£160 but always so happy with it!

This was my first visit to Ultimate Touch. I booked with Isla, the trainee, for highlights/colour to cover up my grey and I have to say that from start to finish the professionalism and knowledge of the staff was amazing. For the first time all my grey has been covered and I have a lovely, creamy blonde colour now. I was so impressed that I have also booked for a cut. Thank you ladies for such a great experience.

Had my hair coloured by Abi, which came out fantastic!! As always Sophie finished off with a beautiful re-style from long hair to a nice mid- long cut with layers. Absolutely love my new cut and colour!!!! 5 stars as aways x

SJ is awesome-Always person centered, professional, and I trust her without a doubt when it comes to cutting, styling and coloring.
