I travel over 100miles round trip for Will to do my hair. I would not trust anyone else to do it, the guy is truly talented in what he does, turning me from a girl who just wore her hair a pony tail to a girl that now wears her down and even curls it. Will has given me confidence I didn’t even know I needed. 5 out of 5 stars is not enough to rate him. Would recommend anyone to use Will as their hair dresser, hair confident or not, he will change your hair life.

Lovely well run hairdressers. Always enjoy my visits. Hair by Alina always many compliments after I've visited, colouring and cutting and lovely head massage. French Receotion is all on one level so easy to manoeuvre around. Cups of tea or coffee available. Thank you Alina (and Laurent )

Fantastic experience. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who did my blow dry but she was warm and friendly. She gave me an amazing head massage while washing my hair and I was treated to a cold beer while in the chair. I was I love with my bouncy blow dry ready for my brothers wedding. I don't live in Harrogate but if I did I would certainly become a regular.

I've been coming to “The French Reception” for years now, and for me personally Laurent is the best hairdresser in Harrogate. His skill, attention to detail, and ability to understand exactly what I want never fail to impress me. Whether it’s a simple trim or a complete restyle, Laurent always delivers perfection! The salon itself is a welcoming and stylish space, making every visit a pleasure.

Joseph has done my hair for years and, today, I visited his new salon in Harrogate. Wow!!!! What an excellent experience it was. I had a lovely cup of coffee (x2) and Joseph lived up to expectaions, and more. He is certainly setting a high standard. I'm definitely going to go back again. The only worry I have is that he's going to get booked up a very long time in advance.

Lovely experience today with Caroline who knows her stuff about hair. Conditioning treatment was relaxing in massaging chair. Hair feels in great condition. Thank you Caroline 👍x

As always. Laura is such a talented artist when it comes to hair styling and colouring. As well as having a gorgeous salon, Laura is such a beautiful soul and I love visiting her for my hair colour. She is very considerate to my lifestyle and how often I want to have my hair coloured (ideally only twice a year) and always considers that when colouring my hair. Brilliant!

This is one of the best hairdressers in Harrogate! I highly recommend it.
