EXCELLENT!! Came to the Jesmond Chain for the first time to get a sunkissed balayage and loved the whole experience! Sylvie was an amazing stylist and coloured my hair beautifully, very attentive throughout! As a newbie to hair colouring, would 100% recommend Sylvie to anyone wanting to come to the Boilerhouse. The salon is beautiful, I love the interiors and whole vibe! Thank you so much, in love with my new hair!!!

Brilliant. Rima and Ritchie two of the easiest nicest people to get along with and whoever does your hair they make it their aim to give you what you want. Very professional and know what they are doing. Salon in nipping clean and a very bright cheerful pace . I got my eyelashes done , fab , and going back for my nails. They have a wide variety of nail colours and patterns and gel infills. This is my honest opinion of this salon which I know from going in and having a lovely colour and a really good haircut. This is my 4th time (I think) having richie to do my hair cut and color and as always I am one satisfied customer every after visit. Richie always make sure that his customer get want they wanted. He also chats to his customer and make them feel that that they are at ease and relax and not only sitting in the chair as a customer only. Keep up the good work Richie Xx

I love my new autumnal nails! Amy was helpful and really patient whilst I was picking a gel colour. She was detailed with the shape of my nails, added lots of layers to make the gel strong and gave me a hand massage afterwards! Thank you 😊
