I’ve just had the best haircut. Colour was perfect (ashy light blonde, lifted from mousy brown with some grey) and the cut and blow-dry both beyond expectation. Joy was lovely and made me feel relaxed and at home when usually I’m shy and nervous. Would fully recommend.
