Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

Truly the best salon in South East London! This was my second visit and Tereze completely knew what I was wanted and my highlights and cut are the best I’ve ever had. Could not recommend the salon enough.

Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back

I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!! I’m leaving London soon, so if this is to be my last haircut in London for a while, then what a haircut to go out on ☺️✌🏻 thank you so much The Box and thank you so much Tereze! Best hairdresser I know ☺️

I had a very good experience getting my eyelash extensions. The staff are very polite, and I felt comfortable during the appointment. The lash technician helped me decide what style I want and gave me recommendations based on my eye shape and size. She was efficient and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Rhea is an extremely skilled lash technician and a lovely person… my eyelashes look amazing and I was comfortable the whole time, with no eye tears which is rare for me. It was done quickly too. I’m definitely returning for this service.

Having just moved 65 miles from London my husband and I still think it's more than worth the drive back to enjoy the care and attention we've always had from staff at The Box. Guillaume is gold dust.
