Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

The people are always pleasant. I am happy to travel from my location outside London to this Salon to get my Locs cared for. I will recommend to any one with Locs or thinking of having Locs. They also treat everyone with respect.

Truly the best salon in South East London! This was my second visit and Tereze completely knew what I was wanted and my highlights and cut are the best I’ve ever had. Could not recommend the salon enough.

I've been to a lot of barbers in London, Joey is by far the best. Spends so much time on your hair, really taking care to make it look great and make the whole experience really relaxing.

Great staff who looked after me from the moment I walked in to when they finished doing my hair. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to twist their hair, start growing dreads or for those who’s dreads are nearly at their feet. Very skilled specialist who can take care of your every need

I just got my locs retwisted, and I’m super happy with how they turned out! My stylist was amazing, and my locs look fresh and neat. She also added a head massage to the service, which was such a nice surprise,it felt so good and really added something special to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a great retwist and a little extra relaxation, I highly recommend giving this new service a try!

I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!! I’m leaving London soon, so if this is to be my last haircut in London for a while, then what a haircut to go out on ☺️✌🏻 thank you so much The Box and thank you so much Tereze! Amazing! My haircut is always fantastic. Junior is the master skin fade Guru; who is always thoughtful and meticulous with my haircut. The shop and the other barbers at the Crystal Palace location are always positive, bring good conversation and make you feel welcomes and part of the crew. 10 out of 10 my favourite barbers in London hands down

Junior is the best barber in London. I’m the pickiest mother in London and my son’s hair is always cut perfect…. Not one hair out of place. Take my advice and get a hair cut with him. You will not regret it!
