Kitty was so kind and professional. The manicure, pedicure, eyebrow and ear waxing that she did were all very well done and I enjoyed the services. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely visit the salon again for services next time I'm in London.

The people are always pleasant. I am happy to travel from my location outside London to this Salon to get my Locs cared for. I will recommend to any one with Locs or thinking of having Locs. They also treat everyone with respect.

I am absolutely thrilled to have found Ori-Nism! Patricia and Charlotte were incredibly welcoming from the moment I stepped in for my patch test. By the time I left, I knew without a doubt that I had made the right decision trusting this salon for my first-ever hair colour. I felt completely safe in Patricia's hands and knew I had absolutely nothing to be anxious about. Being deaf wasn't an issue in the slightest-Patricia made me feel completely understood effortlessly, without any need for explanation. Thank you both for such a peaceful, wonderful experience!

Truly the best salon in South East London! This was my second visit and Tereze completely knew what I was wanted and my highlights and cut are the best I’ve ever had. Could not recommend the salon enough.

I've been to a lot of barbers in London, Joey is by far the best. Spends so much time on your hair, really taking care to make it look great and make the whole experience really relaxing.

Great staff who looked after me from the moment I walked in to when they finished doing my hair. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking to twist their hair, start growing dreads or for those who’s dreads are nearly at their feet. Very skilled specialist who can take care of your every need

I just got my locs retwisted, and I’m super happy with how they turned out! My stylist was amazing, and my locs look fresh and neat. She also added a head massage to the service, which was such a nice surprise,it felt so good and really added something special to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a great retwist and a little extra relaxation, I highly recommend giving this new service a try!

Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back

I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!! I’m leaving London soon, so if this is to be my last haircut in London for a while, then what a haircut to go out on ☺️✌🏻 thank you so much The Box and thank you so much Tereze! Arrived and received a beautiful welcome from Patsy and Charlotte. Shown to a seat and offered a refreshment. After the usual consultation on my hair, length, condition, style I had my hair relaxed, washed, dried and styled. I wanted a short cut and Patsy accommodated with professional advice. A fabulous pixie cut and I love it. My hubby said he'd marry me again! Thanks Ladies... see you soon X
