Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I always leave these sessions recentered. Scott has worked wonders to help rehabilitate my foot post-op after a lisfranc injury. Just a few sessions of acupuncture completely unlocked the pain and allowed me to start properly restrengthening with physio and working shifts on my feet again; it has made a huge difference. Professional, gentle and thorough, he also always makes an effort to understand ones needs and comfort. Highly recommend 👌

Brilliant focus on a difficult injury and tight surrounding muscle groups. Not an easy fix, but great results the next day, area feeling much more relaxed and functional.

Blissed out. Over the moon with this experience! Amira has a way of moving with you which is to me altogether new and such a blessing in disguise. Will undoubtably be back as often as I can be, even got sound advice that is ringing through everything now and reminding me where my feet are. Never had a massage where I didn’t flinch at some point and I was informed about every step. Had an intra oral massage and I could barely tell it was actually inside my mouth. Nothing was awkward at any point and I literally have never been so present for a treatment before. 100/10.

I had a deep tissue massage to help with sciatica. Nadine was excellent and this has helped enormously to reduce my sciatica pain. Would definitely recommend.

It was an amazing experience. I had taken the facial lymphatic massage and deep tissue massage (neck, shoulder and back) Viki took great care and attention before she started the treatment. I had sore neck and shoulders due to my sedentary lifestyle, I could feel lots of muscle knots on my shoulders and back. Viki worked really hard on them. I don’t feel the soreness anymore. It was very relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Must recommend Viki and Sasha to everyone ❤️

Cannot recommend Amira enough, such a kind knowledgeable person. Took the time to understand what my issue was and thought about the best way to treat it.l with a buccal massage. For the first time in months I have no back pain thanks to a jaw massage! The tension in my jaw has been released for the first time in a very very long time. Give it a try.

Would recommend for a few reasons first it’s a very therapeutic experience as you learn so much about your body and what it needs, I also learnt how to breath and relax as I was in a lot of pain but Emeria has taught me how to breath and listen to my body and the massage was so good in freeing the tension from my shoulders an back she is amazing at what she does

I had a really lovely Reflexology treatment with Nadine McBay yesterday. I slept well, was migraine free and felt less sluggish. Nadine has a kind and calming demeanor and is very professional. She listened and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommended therapist.

Best massage in Glasgow. It was quite simply one of the best massages I've had (globally). I came away feeling like a new person. The team were welcoming, the room was perfect (temperature, ambience etc) and it’s easy to get to. I can’t recommend Woodland Herbs for massages highly enough. Two wee tips - there’s plenty of on-street parking, but the Ringo app in that area did’t seem to work i.e. take coins just in case (or walk). And, book ahead well in advance. They’re busy for good reason! I look forward to my next one. Thanks again, George

Friendly and very experienced staff. Massage with Barney is always amazing, I walk out feeling like I have a new body. My issues are always worked on in that appointment. In my opinion there is no better therapist in Glasgow and I have tried many of them.
