I absolutely loved my experience getting my septum piercing done! The lady who did my piercing was so lovely, friendly, and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took her time to make sure I was happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’m so pleased with the result. This wasn’t my first time going to House of Glam HQ with Natasha and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, while still being super professional. I had another Halo facial and the results were so worth it. After a few days, my skin looked smoother, clearer, and had such a nice glow. It just feels like you’re actually doing something good for your skin, not just a quick treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Natasha is amazing , so gentle and reassuring. Felt almost to no pain at all getting 1ml lip filler. She will talk you through the whole process. She gave me the confidence I needed!!! Will be coming back for more 😍

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. She was so calm, professional, and reassuring from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and about her clients — there was no rushing, just proper attention and care. The results are exactly what I wanted — subtle, natural, and just better. Not overdone, not fake, just a fresher version of me. I felt genuinely looked after in every aspect and I’ll definitely be coming back. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🤍
